The Resource Registry ("TRR," "we," "our") builds free and affordable educational resources for K–5 classrooms and homes. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum on purpose.

What we collect

• Your email address — only if you subscribe. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. Nothing else is required.
• Standard server data. Like almost every website, our host records routine technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
• Aggregate usage data, if analytics is enabled. We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages are useful. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

We do not collect payment information on this site. Purchases happen on Teachers Pay Teachers, which handles that data under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To send the newsletter you asked for (a free monthly classroom resource — no spam).
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To understand which content and tools help teachers and parents most.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not run advertising, and we do not share your email with third parties except the service providers listed below that help us run the site.

Service providers

• Mailjet — stores and sends our newsletter emails.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on the site.
• Teachers Pay Teachers — where our resources are sold; any purchase is governed by TpT's terms and privacy policy.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we enable analytics, it is configured to be privacy-conscious. Your browser controls let you block or clear cookies at any time.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for teachers, parents, and other adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
• You can ask us to access or delete the email address we hold for you — just contact us.
